The location was convenient to the main train station. The superior double room offered a comfortable stay. The bathroom presented a great shower and good water pressure.
During my stay , the reception staff were not easily available. I did note the staff seemed short on empathy. The staff refused to warm up a pizza I had delivered , which I found disappointing.

My standard double room was quite spacious and clean. the location suited me. It was a short walk to the train station. the new bed was very comfortable. i appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the room.

The location provides close access to the train station. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. They did their best to resolve issues. Attractions, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. Beds were also comfy.

the room was exactly as shown in the pictures, i appreciated the very clean space. the staff were very nice and helpful .
the air conditioning in the room felt more like a fan, it did not allow temperature adjustments.

the room was very clean. it was also nicely decorated. i really liked the central location (it was so easy to get around!). the staff were friendly, too.
The air conditioning did not work well. it was more like a fan. the 'bar' listed was not a minibar. It was only located on the ground floor, a bit misleading. also, my double bed was actually two single beds pushed together.
