spacious room quiet location helpful staff broken air conditioning insufficient staffing limited bar
The room was SPACIOUS and well presented. It was near the train station but quiet. The room included all the facilities I needed. The front desk was very helpful.
The room air conditioning didn't seem to work. The room was too hot. Staffing was unbalanced. There were not enough employees in the evening. The bar was only half stocked. There were no large beers available.

convenient location comfortable room good water pressure unavailable staff lacking empathy unwilling staff
The location was convenient to the main train station. The superior double room offered a comfortable stay. The bathroom presented a great shower and good water pressure.
During my stay , the reception staff were not easily available. I did note the staff seemed short on empathy. The staff refused to warm up a pizza I had delivered , which I found disappointing.

My standard double room was quite spacious and clean. the location suited me. It was a short walk to the train station. the new bed was very comfortable. i appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the room.
the elevator did not stop directly at my floor, requiring a short walk up or down stairs.

the room was exactly as shown in the pictures, i appreciated the very clean space. the staff were very nice and helpful .
the air conditioning in the room felt more like a fan, it did not allow temperature adjustments.

clean room central location friendly staff poor air conditioning misleading bar single beds
the room was very clean. it was also nicely decorated. i really liked the central location (it was so easy to get around!). the staff were friendly, too.
The air conditioning did not work well. it was more like a fan. the 'bar' listed was not a minibar. It was only located on the ground floor, a bit misleading. also, my double bed was actually two single beds pushed together.
